A very stylish (looks like the HTC One series) budget phone with android 4, 5 Mp camera and optional NFC chip. Also 25 GB Dropbox space, 2 year for free.
No dedicated imaging chip and not the high performance of the One series.
In the UK, available from Vodafone, O2, Orange, Three and T-Mobile, 170 pound or for free with a plan. And soon (June) in other European countries.
No info about the HTC Desire C in the U.S..
update June 1; Available but no NFC enabled Phones yet.
Regarding phones with optional NFC-chip, Google a bit and you find some retailers where you can buy it with NFC and with network of your choice.
